Dental Practice Manager

Five-Town Health Alliance is a growing community Health Center with immediate openings to join our team! We are a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing medical and dental services to patients of all ages, located in Bristol, Vermont serving a vibrant and dynamic Addison County community.

We are seeking a knowledgeable Dental Practice Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a positive demeanor and an eye for detail. Primary responsibilities include supervision of front office staff, development of treatment plans, financial planning, office policy and procedure development and implementation and payroll. Ability to work independently and within a team concept maintaining courteous, cooperative, and supportive of co-workers, patients, and families. Skilled in handling multiple tasks and priorities, must maintain a high level of confidentiality. The successful candidate for this position will have 3 years of previous management experience, preferably in a dental or medical practice.

Triage-RN

Five-Town Health Alliance is a growing community Health Center with immediate openings to join our team! We are a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing medical and dental services to patients of all ages, located in Bristol, Vermont serving a vibrant and dynamic Addison County community

We are seeking a warm, compassionate Triage-RN to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, an eye for detail, and excellent clinical skills. This position is responsible for assessing telephone patients and determining their level of need for medical assistance to evaluate a patient include the type of injury or illness, its severity, symptoms, patient explanation of emergency, and vital signs. Provides direct care to assigned patients in conformance with 5THA’s policies, professional standards, clinician orders, and approved plan of care. Provides nursing care to patients in varying states of health and illness and performs clinical and administrative health care support services to patients and families according to knowledge, ability, and duties. Skilled in handling multiple tasks and priorities, must maintain a high level of confidentiality. Minimum one-year nursing experience working within a family practice healthcare setting.

IT Assistant

We are seeking a knowledgeable IT Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and an eye for detail. Primary responsibilities include installing and configuring computer hardware and software, working directly with end-users in the organization to support them in their technological needs, maintaining inventory of equipment, reporting, and auditing.

Ability to work independently and within a team concept maintaining courteous, cooperative, and supportive of co-workers, patients, and families. Skilled in handling multiple tasks and priorities, must maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Dental Assistant

Five-Town Health Alliance is a growing community Health Center with immediate openings to join our Red Clover Family Dentistry team! We are a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing dental services to patients of all ages, located in Bristol, Vermont serving a vibrant and dynamic Addison County community

We are seeking a warm, compassionate certified dental assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, an eye for detail, and excellent clinical skills. Full Time/36 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours as the practice grows. Duties include preparing operatories before appointments, assisting the dentist during procedures, taking radiographic images, and maintaining sterile and tidy supplies and storage areas, and meticulous note keeping. COVID -19 precautions are strictly followed and proper PPE is provided to all clinical staff.
