Office Receptionist- (Mountain Health Center)

We are seeking a knowledgeable Medical Office Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic team. Primary responsibilities include answering incoming calls, checking patients in and out, scheduling patient appointments and assisting with outgoing referrals. Ability to work independently and within a team concept maintaining courteous, cooperative, and supportive of co-workers, patients and families. Skilled in handling multiple tasks, basic computer skills, must maintain a high level of confidentiality. High School Diploma or equivalent, previous experience in Physician’s office a plus


Triage – (Mountain Health Center)

We are seeking a warm, compassionate Triage to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, an eye for details, and excellent clinical skills. This position is responsible for assessing telephone patients and determining their level of need for medical assistance to evaluate a patient include the type of injury or illness, its severity, symptoms, patient explanation of emergency, and vital signs. Provides direct care to assigned patients in conformance with 5THA’s policies, professional standards, clinician orders, and approved plan of care. Provides nursing care to patients in varying states of health and illness and performs clinical and administrative health care support services to patients and families according to knowledge, ability, and duties. Skilled in handling multiple tasks and priorities, must maintain a high level of confidentiality. Minimum one-year nursing experience working within a family practice healthcare setting.


Front Desk Receptionist – (Red Clover Family Dentistry)

Primary responsibilities include answering incoming calls, checking patients in and out and scheduling patient appointments. Verifies patient insurance eligibility, collection of copays and outstanding balances, entering of demographic insurance information, assisting patients in completing dental history, consent and financial forms.

Ability to work independently and within a team concept maintaining courteous, cooperative, and supportive of co-workers, patients and families. Skilled in handling multiple tasks, basic computer skills, must maintain a high level of confidentiality. High School Diploma or equivalent, minimum 1 year of experience in dental or medical field with basic knowledge of insurance plans and insurance coding.


Dental Billing Representative – Full Time (Red Clover Family Dentistry)

Seeking Full Time Dental Billing Representative to join our billing team. Training to our unique environment will be provided. Primary responsibilities include; Reconciling cash and check postings daily, insurance claims submission, month end billing and collection reports, current knowledge on payor rules and regulations surrounding billing, provider credentialing with new insurance payors, processing of sliding fee scale applications, self-pay follow up and working with patients to develop payment plan options, must maintain a high level of confidentiality. Knowledge of and experience with FQHC reimbursement requirements is a PLUS!

Healthcare Social Worker – Full Time (Mountain Health Center)

The Healthcare Social Worker will assist patients and families and facilitate access to community and government resources for housing, food, transportation, health insurance, education, vocational training and employment, counseling, home health, finance, legal, daycare and child welfare issues. This is a traditional social worker position requiring counseling skills, but it is not a psychotherapy position.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in social work or similar field. Five years of experience preferred. Appropriate licensure in VT. LICSW is not required but would be a plus.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (occasional weekend availability).


Dentist – Red Clover Family Dentistry

We are currently seeking a General Dentist (DMD or DDS) for a full-time position in our practice.

Qualifications: Degree from accredited Dental School (DDS or DMD), ability to maintain appropriate clinical privileges as required, FTCA coverage, or private professional malpractice insurance obtainable.  Unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the State of Vermont, Current CPR (BLS) certifications. ACLS preferred, Vermont DEA registrations, CMS provider numbers.

Requires a comprehensive knowledge of primary dental care in outpatient settings. Knowledge of the principles and practice of modern dentistry as related to public health organizations. Commitment to and knowledge of community health programs as well as current social and economic problems pertaining to public health and their impact on primary health care. Certified Dental Assistant – Red Clover Family Dentistry

Five-Town Health Alliance, is a growing community Health Center with immediate openings to join our Red Clover Family Dentistry team!

We are a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing dental services to patients of all ages, located in Bristol, Vermont serving a vibrant and dynamic Addison County community.

We are seeking two Certified Dental Assistants to join our team (will train the right candidate!). The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, an eye for details, and excellent clinical skills. Full Time/36hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours as the practice grows. Duties include preparing operatories before appointments, assisting the dentist during procedures, taking radiographic images, and maintaining sterile and tidy supplies and storage areas, and meticulous note keeping. COVID -19 precautions are strictly followed and proper PPE provided to all clinical staff.

Environmental Services Tech – Five Town Health Alliance

We are seeking a motivated individual that will be responsible for general cleaning, stocking, trash removal, and general maintenance of our facilities to ensure a safe, sanitary, and attractive environment for patients, clients, and employees. Janitorial and maintenance tasks following health and safety guidelines, to include exterior, parking lot, grounds, and interior of the facility.

Minimum 1-year experience in housekeeping and/or custodial work, experience in an outpatient clinic, FQHC, or other healthcare setting a plus! The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, an eye for details, the ability to work independently and as a team member, and must maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Part-Time flexible 30 hours per week (Monday – Friday) benefit-eligible position, with the possibility of additional hours as the practice grows.
