Basic Qualifications include:

  • Graduation from an accredited medical school and completion of the residency training program
  • License to practice medicine in the State of Vermont; CPR Certification
  • Board Certification or board eligible in family practice, internal medicine, or pediatrics
  • Successful credentialing/privileging by MHC and applicable insurance companies
  • Affinity for working with culturally and economically diverse patient populations
  • Good organizational and staff coordination skills; willingness to work flexible hours
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems creatively with initiative

Licensed Dental Hygienist – Red Clover Family Dentistry

We are currently seeking a Licensed Dental Hygienist to join our team. Part-Time / 2 days per week, with the possibility of additional hours as the practice grows. This position provides high-quality dental hygiene consistent with accepted standards of care. Evaluates patients and implements treatment regimens under the supervision of the Dentist. Provides complete documentation of all findings, treatments and outcomes, initiates oral health education and prevention activities. Reviews and interprets patient dental records and works cooperatively with staff members. Local Anesthesia endorsement preferred


Human Resources Manager – Five Town Health Alliance

We are seeking to hire an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee and manage the health center’s human resources department. The desired candidate is a mission-driven individual with a minimum of ten years (10) years of human resources generalist experience that includes at least three years of managerial oversight.

The Human Resources Manager will manage all aspects of the health center’s human resources practices in fulfillment of 5THA mission and values and will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer.

Certified Dental Assistant – Red Clover Family Dentistry

We are seeking a Certified Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, an eye for detail, and excellent clinical skills. Full Time / 36 Hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours as the practice grows. Duties include preparing operatories before appointments, assisting the dentist during procedures, taking radiographic images, and maintaining sterile and tidy supplies and storage areas, and meticulous note keeping. COVID -19 precautions are strictly followed and proper PPE provided to all clinical staff.
